VBS Preview: Ridgecrest
If you’ve already registered for the 2023 VBS Preview event at Ridgecrest Conference Center, here’s what you need to know before arriving. (If you haven’t yet bought your tickets, you can snag them HERE or walk up and get tickets at the door.)
CHECK-IN DETAILS
Check-in will be available from 11:30 A.M.–1:00 P.M. EST. Please plan to arrive during this time so that we can best serve you. (Be advised that check-in will NOT be available earlier than 11:30 A.M.) Upon arrival, follow on-site directions to Pritchell Hall. Once inside, proceed down the ramp (toward the elevators) and check in with the Lifeway VBS team, pick up your event bag (which will contain your name tag and free t-shirt coupon). Redeem your t-shirt coupon and then proceed to the VBS Store, Clouds coffee shop, Ridgecrest cafeteria, or Spilman Auditorium for the opening session at 1:00 P.M.
Please note: Your Preview ticket does NOT include meals or lodging. If you plan to stay onsite, you must secure your overnight accommodations and meal plan directly with Ridgecrest. If you are planning to stay offsite, you will need to call the Ridgecrest Reservations line (800-588-7222) to pay their $25/person Campus Usage Fee.

MEALS & PARKING
Meal plans are available through Ridgecrest and may be included in your room reservation (or by calling 800-588-7222). Clouds coffee shop will also be open during the event. See the Front Desk for hours. Parking is included for those staying on campus. A parking pass must be purchased for those staying off campus.
BREAKOUTS
The Twists & Turns VBS Preview will be packed full of helpful tips and fun! You will get to attend FIVE breakouts of your choice during the two-day event. We recommend reading through the list of breakouts ahead of time and making note of your favorites. You can see the full list of breakout descriptions and when each breakout will be offered at the links below. You will receive a printed schedule and campus map in your event bag at check-in.
LIFEWAY VBS STORE
The VBS Store is the “one-stop shop” for all of your VBS needs! You’ll be able to purchase VBS curriculum, apparel, decorations, and event-exclusive merchandise at the Lifeway VBS Store. For your convenience, the VBS Store will be open from 11:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and 7:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. on Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Saturday.
Lifeway Church Accounts and credit cards accepted. No cash please. The VBS Store is located in Pritchell 1.
