I’m going with my church in February for the first time. I’m a student, age 22. Is there a difference in the student track, other than price, when compared to regular session. What exactly will those in student track be doing?
That’s great, Noe! Looking forward to meeting you! The student leader track includes one special breakout session just for young leaders (a kind of 101 course), plus 5 breakout electives of your choice. There will be a printed guide to help student leaders choose the electives that may be most helpful to attend from all of the many electives offered each hour.
I am so excited about exploring this years theme and biblical truths further! Already keeping my eyes peeled for “In The Wild” ideas and objects…
I was just wondering if you guys don’t offer the preview events in California?
We only offer 4 national VBS Previews … two in the east and two in the west. We’d love for you to join us! If that’s not possible, the state of California offers many VBS training events across the state. So it’s highly likely there will be one within driving distance of you. For dates & locations contact the California Southern Baptist Convention office at (559) 229-9533.
We have 3 from our church attending the VBS event at Ridgecrest, NC this weekend. Is there a list of the specific breakouts offered so that we can plan ahead as to which ones each of us will be attending?

What time does the preview begin and end at FBC< Hendersonville?
Hi David! Check-in is at 11:00am and ending depends on which of the 3 Previews you’re attending. You can verify the schedule for your event here: https://www.lifeway.com/en/events/vbs-preview Just click on the event you’re attending and then scroll down and find “schedule” to the left. Clicking on it will bring up the event schedule.
Are there any other training events in Nashville? We completely missed out on this.
