See you at VBS Preview: Ridgecrest
If you’ve already registered for the 2024 VBS Preview event at Ridgecrest Conference Center, here’s what you need to know before arriving. (If you haven’t yet bought your tickets, please do so quickly here. Walk-up tickets will also be available onsite.)
CHECK-IN DETAILS
Check-in will be available from 11:00 A.M.–1:00 P.M. EST in Pritchell 1. Although you may shop early in the VBS Store beginning at 9:00 A.M., you will not be able to check in for the event before 11:00 A.M.
Upon arrival, please follow on-site directions to Pritchell Hall. Check into your room at the Ridgecrest Front Desk, then proceed down the ramp (toward the elevators) to Pritchell 1 and check in with the Lifeway VBS team. After you check in, pick up your event bag (which will contain your name tag and free t-shirt coupon). Redeem your t-shirt coupon and then proceed to the VBS Store, Clouds coffee shop, Ridgecrest cafeteria, or Spilman Auditorium for the opening session at 1:00 P.M.

MEALS & PARKING
Your Preview ticket does not include meals or lodging. You must secure your overnight accommodations and meal plan directly with Ridgecrest. While walk-up tickets will be available onsite, we recommend reserving your room in advance of your arrival to Ridgecrest. Please note: Any attendees driving in or staying off-campus MUST pay a nominal fee at the Ridgecrest Front Desk in order to park on campus during the event.
Meal plans are available through Ridgecrest and may be included in your room reservation. Clouds coffee shop will also be open during the event. See the Front Desk for hours. Parking is included for those staying on campus. Please note: A parking pass must be purchased for those staying off campus.
BREAKOUTS
The Breaker Rock Beach VBS Preview will be packed full of helpful tips and fun! You will get to attend SIX breakouts of your choice during the two-day event. We recommend reading through the list of breakouts ahead of time and making note of your favorites. You can see the full list of breakout descriptions and when each breakout will be offered at the links below. You will receive a printed schedule and campus map in your event bag at check-in.
LIFEWAY VBS STORE
The VBS Store is the “one-stop shop” for all of your VBS needs! You’ll be able to purchase VBS curriculum, apparel, decorations, and event-exclusive merchandise at the Lifeway VBS Store. For your convenience, the VBS Store will be open from 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Saturday.
Lifeway Church Accounts and credit cards accepted. No cash please. The VBS Store is located in the Rhododendron 1.
