See you at VBS Preview: Fort Worth
If you’ve already registered for the 2024 VBS Preview event at Travis Avenue Baptist Church, here’s what you need to know before arriving. (If you haven’t yet bought your tickets, please do so quickly here. Walk-up tickets will also be available onsite.)
CHECK-IN DETAILS
Check-in will be available from 11:00 A.M.–1:00 P.M. CST in the Grand Foyer of the CMC lobby. Although you may shop early in the VBS Store beginning at 9:00 A.M., you will not be able to check in for the event before 11:00 A.M. (Be advised that food is NOT available onsite, so you will need to plan to eat lunch offsite.) After checking in, pick up your event bag (which will contain your name tag and free t-shirt coupon). Redeem your t-shirt coupon and then proceed to the VBS Store or the Worship Center for the opening session at 1:00 P.M.

FOOD & DRINK
No food will be available onsite, so you may wish to pack a snack bar.
BREAKOUTS
The Breaker Rock Beach VBS Preview will be packed full of helpful tips and fun! You will get to attend SIX breakouts of your choice during the two-day event. We recommend reading through the list of breakouts ahead of time and making note of your favorites. You can see the full list of breakout descriptions and when each breakout will be offered at the links below. You will receive a printed schedule and campus map in your event bag at check-in.
LIFEWAY VBS STORE
The VBS Store is the “one-stop shop” for all of your VBS needs! You’ll be able to purchase VBS curriculum, apparel, decorations, and event-exclusive merchandise at the Lifeway VBS Store. For your convenience, the VBS Store will be open from 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. on Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Saturday. Shop early to take advantage of lighter crowds … plus you won’t have to skip a breakout to shop!
Lifeway Church Accounts and credit cards accepted. No cash please. The VBS Store is located in the Great Room.
