See You at VBS Preview: Nashville
If you’ve already registered for the 2024 VBS Preview event at Brentwood Baptist Church, here’s what you need to know before arriving. (If you haven’t yet bought your tickets, please do so quickly here.)
CHECK-IN DETAILS
Check-in will be available from 11:00 A.M.–1:00 P.M. CST in the Worship Center Atrium. Follow the signs to the Worship Center and park and enter at Door A. Look for the Breaker Rock Beach flags to help you know where to go.
Although you may shop early in the VBS Store beginning at 9:00 A.M., you will not be able to check in for the event before 11:00 A.M. (Be advised that limited food is available onsite at the church’s coffee shop, so you may want to plan to eat lunch offsite.) After checking in, pick up your event bag (which will contain your name tag and free t-shirt coupon). Redeem your t-shirt coupon and then proceed to the VBS Store or the Worship Center for the opening session at 1:00 P.M.

BREAKOUTS
The Breaker Rock Beach VBS Preview will be packed full of helpful tips and fun! You will get to attend SIX breakouts of your choice during the two-day event. We recommend reading through the list of breakouts ahead of time and making note of your favorites. You can see the full list of breakout descriptions and when each breakout will be offered at the links below. You will receive a printed schedule and campus map in your event bag at check-in.
LIFEWAY VBS STORE
The VBS Store is the “one-stop shop” for all of your VBS needs! You’ll be able to purchase VBS curriculum, apparel, decorations, and event-exclusive merchandise at the Lifeway VBS Store. For your convenience, the VBS Store will be open from 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. on Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to noon on Saturday. Shop early to take advantage of lighter crowds … plus you won’t have to skip a breakout to shop!
Lifeway Church Accounts and credit cards accepted. No cash please. The VBS Store is located in the Welcome Center.
