At Lifeway we know that the success of VBS in the local church is largely dependent on our partnership with you. We thank you for your associational VBS leadership and for allowing us to come alongside you in that endeavor. One of the ways we want to support you is through the Association Incentive Plan. The plan is quite simple. When you register to host a VBS training event, your association becomes eligible to receive a 15% commission on VBS orders placed by the churches attending your training in person.

In order to participate in the Associational Incentive Plan, here’s what you’ll want to do:

1. Register your training event for the incentive program. Use the form below.

2. Add your association’s information to the VBS 2024 Church Order Form and provide the form to every church that participates in your training.

3. Instruct churches to complete the VBS 2024 Church Order Form and return it to your association.*

4. Record order amounts on the Association Church Order Tracking Form and submit the form to Lisa Jennette no later than July 14, 2024.

5. Submit the completed 2024 VBS Church Order Forms or the online order confirmation emails to Lisa Jennette.

*Note: Churches attending training may place their orders online. Churches will need to forward their online order confirmation email with the order details to the association. Orders placed through the VBS 2024 Church Order Form will be shipped to the church address as noted on the order form. Orders over $50.00 will qualify for free shipping. (Some exclusions apply.)

Orders placed directly by the Association are excluded. Only church orders qualify to receive incentive payment.

All digital resources must be ordered online and are excluded from the incentive plan.
