You already know that Lifeway’s VBS provides a fully developed five-day Bible study for adults. And you’ve heard about the many ways it can fit the ministry of your church—from VBS leader preparation to senior adult Bible studies to small group summer studies. But, did you know there is an ADDITIONAL five-session bonus tucked away on the CD-ROM inside the Adult Leader Kit?
Each year a new “Parenting Seminar” is created and included with the adult resources, providing yet another way to help your church connect with parents and families in your community!
Here are just a few ways to utilize this bonus resource:

• Provide a “Parents Group” option during VBS. Parents can drop off their kids (or stay and be part of an exciting Worship Rally), and then join other parents for the parenting sessions and a time of fellowship, food, and fun.
• Use the Parenting Seminar for a group of moms during Mother’s Day Out. Lifeway’s Adult VBS resources also include craft ideas for adults. Moms can spend time in Bible study, making friends, and making a craft.
• Are any of your church’s small groups composed primarily of parents of young kids? Provide copies of the Parenting Seminar as an option for five weeks of their summer small group Bible study time.
