Make a Lasting Impact with Devos from Journey Off the Map

The purpose of VBS is to impact kids and families with the gospel. While we can pack as much Bible content and worship songs into five days as possible, we also desire for life-change and Bible study to continue for the rest of kids’ lives.
This year, we’ve produced a 52 week devotion for kids. It follows the VBS 2015 theme, Journey Off the Map. Devotions Off the Map contains devotionals, Scripture, prayer, discussion questions, and activities to help kids face uncharted territory with faith and courage.
It’s our desire, and yours as VBS leaders, for kids to value time with God, study their Bibles, pray, and listen to the Father. We believe devos can help kids in this pursuit. Devotionals can introduce kids to their Savior, the one who brings them eternal hope, ultimate provision, protection, and guidance!
As kids read their weekly devotions, they’ll learn more about following the ultimate Guide, Jesus. Families can discuss preparing for the challenges ahead, getting along with fellow travelers, and staying focused when faced with detours and obstacles. There’s a lot to learn while traveling through life. Help kids know what direction to go by getting into Scripture and on the right path. The journey awaits!
