Zip Track of the Week: Messy Games
What kid doesn’t love a good messy game?
From slippery tarps to human banana splits to puzzles hidden in bowls of pudding, there’s nothing more fun than a track that requires a little clean up after participation. This track includes warm-up activities, tons of great games, and tips to make games even more messy!
Zip Tips for Messy Games
- Use this track as an afternoon event for all camp participants, as a Wacky Wednesday event, or as a family fun afternoon.
- Bring kids in close to you after games so that you can debrief the game by applying Scripture to the concepts that were used in the game.
- Use this track to develop discipleship relationships within your group by dividing up a large group into small groups that each have a leader when debriefing.
- Choose an area free of ants or bees. Spray the area with a water hose after each track time to avoid attracting these types of friends. It may be necessary to rotate around field space if using the track for five days.
