You’ve made the decision to bring Zip to your zip code, and you’ve determined which activities best fit the gifts, interests, and needs of your church and community. Tip 1: Seek out those who have a passion and interest in seeing kids come to know who God is.
Tip 2: Tap in to the resources you have in your church. Do you have an art teacher, a musician, a coach in your congregation? Get them plugged into leading a track which allows them to share their passion.
Tip 3: Equip those you have enlisted for success. Give them plans for the area they are to lead in. Help them locate supplies. Offer training to get them down to a kid’s level.
