“Ugly Tie”! That guess cracked me up! I think I’ve had ties that looked like that before.  Thank you Dawn, Debbie, Marsha and Krystal for your guesses! It is our “Special Agent Desk Caddy”…it’s a plastic tray that has been decorated with different things-colorful duct tape, magazine pages, etc.
