Snacks, snacks, snacks! Hmm, I wonder what I’m thinking about? lol!
If you guess snacks, then you are correct, sir! I was looking through our video sections on the VBS website and I came across a snacks video. When you watch the video, keep an eye out for one of my fellow VBS co-workers, Joyce!
The snacks that you will see in the video are from our VBS 2012 Amazing Wonders Snack Rotation Recipe Cards.
I really enjoy the Snack cards because it’s one of the products that I design. It’s a lot of fun, especially when we make all the snacks and get to “test” them! Yummy!

Snacks at the Paricutin Volcano from Lifeway VBS on Vimeo.
I like this year’s theme. I would question the wisdom of using a volcano for the refreshments/food service area. A volcano “spews” lava from deep within and gives off a variety of gasses. Did anyone really put much thought into this. I bet the some of the older kids and teens will make the connection even if the adults don’t.
