Needs Supplied!
Spending a couple of weeks at CentriKid Camp where the theme verse is Philippians 4:19 “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
I have heard several amazing stories of God’s provision and have been reminded of the testimonies of God providing over and over again for the ministry of VBS. I would like to hear your story of God’s provision. Maybe you have a wonderful story of God providing workers at the last minute, or God using another church to step in and unexpectedly provide decorations and resources.
God is faithful to provide ALL our needs. Hope to hear from you soon.
I am the VBS Director for my church and I live about 15 miles from the church. We had VBS from July 10 – 14 and of course I had a ton to do and I have 3 small children. So on July 7th my vehicle broke down. I had no way to get to VBS – I prayed and stood on romans 8:28 For we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose. So I shared with everyone on our preparation day and had a lady tell me she would pick us up everyday – Praise God!!! Then I called us to a time of prayer together to pray for each other in groups. While we were praying she came back to me and said – I have other vehicles at home you can just use mine for the week – WHOA – totally blew me away!!! Not only did God provide for me he did it extravagantly. I drive a 2003 minivan – she let me use a 2010 King Ranch Expedition. All for His Glory!!!
