Don't Forget to Report Your VBS

We just received the first completed VBS Church Summary Report Form for Big Apple Adventure. The early-bird church is Victory Baptist Church, Monroe, Louisiana. Talk about timely reporting! Way to go VBS Director Phyllis!
Each year we ask all SBC churches to submit a VBS report. A personalized VBS 2011 Church Summary Report Form will be mailed to each church around the first of June with information on how you can report electronically, by FAX, or by mail. A form is also located in the Administrative Guide for Directors.
No matter which curriculum you use – Big Apple Adventure, Beach Blast, something you created yourself, or resources provided by another publisher – we encourage you to submit a report. Each year approximately 26,000 churches report. Information provided helps us evaluate the ongoing health of the ministry as well as plan for future years.
